So you walk into a self order screen. Choose a buzzer and enter the number on the buzzer to the screen. Then order and pay from the same screen. Take your buzzer and receipt and find a seat. It was pretty busy when we arrived. There was plenty seating and our food was ready extremely fast for how busy it was. This place is way over priced and it feels like people go there because of the brand. We thought the burgers were terrible. The bread was soggy and did not taste good on either of the burgers we ordered. The smokehouse burger had no smoke flavor, the shack stack burger all you could taste was the cheap fried mushroom on it, the French fries tasted like they were made with 3 day old oil. My first time trying Shake Shack. For me, it's worth the hype, as long as you order the right ones. Tried their fries with cheese sauce, just so so. No need to order this.

Tried the Shack Stack burger, OMG I love this. The portobello mushroom inside was juicy and watery, give it other texture. The beef patty was juicy. The bun was just right, not too thin, not too heavy. A very enjoyable one overall.

For drinks, please try the strawberry shakes, so so so good! A perfect mixture of strawberry milk. Kids...
