We dined here twice during our two night stay in Hagi.

The first night we ordered dishes from the daily menu and a plate of sashimi for two. The sashimi were fresh and the daily menu dishes were decent enough.

萩出張でランチ時に伺いました。 日替りランチが四種類位ボードに書かれていて、カマスの塩焼を選びました。 焼きたてが出てきて、身は柔らかくホクホクで、めっちゃ旨かったです！ 大根おろしが甘くすってあり、めっちゃ俺好みでした！ 味噌汁も、多分魚のアラもダシとして入ってるのかな…これも旨い！ 更に小皿と香の物とサラダも付いて、税込650円！！マジに安いと思います。

その他、定食各種たくさんメニューがありますが、大体850円ぐらいで全体的に安いです。

夜は居酒屋になると思いますが、絶対旨いと思います。

店の前の道路挟んで、専用駐車場もあります。

萩城跡から2キロの距離です。 また行きます！

［追記］ リピートしました。 今日の日替り定食は、魚カマ焼き定食頂きました。旨いし、安い！ あと、脇役の小鉢の酢の物が、感動するくらい、いい味付けです。丁寧な仕事です。 もちろん、カマ焼きも焦げ目が付いて脂も乗って旨い！ 会社の近くにあったら、毎日通えます。 地元の広島にあったらいいのに！

［追記］ 今日は魚のカマ焼きです！ 最高！

［追記］ 今日も日替り定食の魚カマ焼きをチョイス。ちょっと小ぶりで食べづらかったですが美味しかったです。 他のお客さんが刺身定食を憑まれてましたが美味しそうでした。

［追記］ 本日の日替定食は、いくつかある中から、天然ヒラマサフライとコロッケです！

ヒラマサのフライが、フワッフワで旨い！ しかもタップリのタルタルソースが嬉しいです。

ヒラマサはブリに比べて脂がさっぱりしているから、フライで美味しく頂けるのかな…揚げたてで...
