Gangan — Restaurant in Hagi

It was my first visit to this restaurant. We had very limited time to had our lunch since we need to catch the next bus.

We entered and ordered a set menu like shushi. We were seated outside and enjoyed the scenery of sea side area. But we were little bit worried whether it will be too late.

However, they served us food very quickly although the restaurant was almost full. It was also a pick time.

We enjoyed the dishes so much. Since we are Asian and not so familiar to have such kind of plotter.

The food was very testy and enjoyable. I want to visit this restaurant again if I have the opportunity to visit Hagi...

日替わり定食A．B、C、があります！ A、得々ランチ、1100円 魚料理,、刺身小皿、あら煮小鉢、漬物、味噌汁、ご飯

B、刺天ランチ、1300円 刺身3種、天ぷら、酢の物小鉢、漬物、味噌汁、ご飯

C、リーマンランチ900円（平日） 、魚のフライ中心，酢の物小鉢、ご飯大盛り、味噌汁、漬物、

仕事の合間に訪ねた私達は、こちらのメニューにしました。

勿論、海鮮丼や、しらす丼、あら煮定食、天ぷら定食等など。。。目を引く料理が沢山ありましたが、私は日替わりのA1100円に、単品アジフライを注文。 とても大満足の美味しさでした。まずお味噌汁！上品でしっかり旨味あり。あら煮。。小鉢といえども新鮮でふわふわ。たっぷりの量。 お刺し身はぷりぷり。イカもカンパチ？も満足。カレイの唐揚げもふわふわで骨はカリカリ。野菜サラダも美しく彩り良く新鮮。そして何と言ってもご飯粒が光ってツヤツヤ。風味豊かなホントに幸せな定食でした。

ちなみに、単品アジフライは食べやすいサイズで揚げてあり、 熱々でふっくら絶品でした！ 魚好きにはたまらないご馳走でした。

店内にテーブル席、小上がり席、テラス席、があり、平日水曜日で13時に満席でした。

R5、8月 念願でまた来れました。平日13時過ぎ。。得々ランチ、あら煮定食、共に完売にてがんがんスペシャルランチ1890円で決定！ やっぱりお刺身プリプリ。鰺と海老フライはサクサクでした。

お味噌汁がぬるかったので、夏であっても熱々を出して欲しいかな。。とは思いました。
