幼児の手の届くところにアイスのコーンが積み重ねられていて、置いている場所も狭くてギリギリなので軽く触るとコーンが下にひっくり返りました。こんなところに置いている方も悪いと思いましたが自分の子供が触れたのでこちらから弁償しますと言いました。店員は入店した時から感じが悪かったのですが、こちらが謝っても無言で怒っていました。法的には支払い義務はないのですが、レシートを見たらアイスとは別にしっかりコーン代金500円取られていました。弁償するとは言いましたが、返答もなく金額の承諾など何もなく勝手に取られたので売買契約は成立していなと思うのでヤクザのような商売のお店だなと思いました。 せっかくの楽しい旅行が台無しになるので、やはり愛想の悪いお店は気分が悪くなるだけ...
