During my visit, I was slightly disappointed to discover that they had run out of squid, which was a seafood staple I had been eagerly anticipating.
However, the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a kaisen-don with salmon flakes, crab flakes, salmon roe, scallops, and uni. The uni was particularly noteworthy for its rich, creamy texture and the pleasant, subtle sweetness that lingered in my mouth after each bite, without any bitterness at all.
While the quality of the seafood was exceptional, the portion size of the bowl was quite modest. Considering the price point, it felt a bit pricey for the quantity served.
