하코다테 여행하는 동안 메일 아침 방문한 빵 냄새가 가득한 동네 빵집이에요. 🍞 특히 하얀 치즈빵은 고소하면서도 부드럽고, 소시지 빵은 든든하고 짭짤해서 아침 대용으로 딱 좋았습니다. 가격도 대부분 200~300엔대로 부담 없고, 다양하게 골라 먹는 재미가 있어요. 가게는 크지 않지만 정겨운 분위기라 편하게 들를 수 있고, 근처 숙소에 머문다면 아침에 사 가기 정말 좋아요. 다만 일요일은 휴무라 방문 전에 확인하시는 게 좋아요. 👉 하코다테에서 로컬 감성이 느껴지는 작은 빵집을 찾는다면 꼭 들러보세요. 函館の小さなパン屋さんです。🍞 特におすすめは 白いチーズパン と ソーセージパン！ チーズパンは香ばしくて柔らかく、ソーセージパンはボリュームがあって朝食にぴったり。価格も手頃で気軽に立ち寄れます。

Our favourite bakery in all of Hakodate! And I’ll tell you why:

  1. It’s open incredibly early. So if you’re an early riser like I am, you’ll enjoy the morning goodies.
  2. It is very well priced. You can spend less than $2 on a generous sized peanut pastry, croissant, or strawberry cream tarte!
  3. The staff are all incredibly friendly and you can see them preparing the items right next door!
  4. Most importantly, it was DELICIOUS. There was a little fried potato wrapped in a garlic butter herb bun that me and my travel crew could NOT get enough of. Out of the 3 days we spent in Hakodate, we went to this bakery 4 times. It was that good! Go. You...

I appreciate good bakeries like this one.

We visited twice in one day and tried different products: A curry-filled, oval-shaped bun, a curry-filled round bun, a tuna-filled bun, a bun filled with fried veggie-noodles, a sweet donut, a bun filled with red-bean-purree, and one filled with black-sesame-purree.

Most of them were very good. The dough is to the point, though the panfried buns were significantly better fried than the deepfried donut (if you love yourself a fatty, though, go for it). Our favourites were the curry-filled oval bun, the tuna as well as the noodle bun.
