4 stars for effort. But 3 stars for overall experience. Not sure if they’re short staffed during golden week, but there’s only 2 people now (compared to 3 in previous photos), and it’s 1 head chef who’s taking orders and settling bills, and another one helping around (in kitchen, and clearing tables etc)

But lovely gentlemen who are trying their best. My food took 30 mins to come. Ramen was pretty good. Gyoza was alright.

Note: ventilation isn’t the best, as with any typical ramen joint this size 😅

Absolute fire ramen place in Hakodate Would definitely visit again Late open hours combined with quality food and the best of service, just ♥️

They have Hakodate's famous shio ramen, the BEST chahan (fried rice) and perfectly cooked wantans.
