Specialty Coffee COCORO — Restaurant in Hakodate

Amazing experience at this cafe as I was travelling through Hakodate. Impressive attention to quality. I would recommend to anyone, including coffee enthusiasts!

Whatever your preference, the menu has got you covered. They offer a full spectrum of roasts and origins. I ventured outside my preference for lighter roasts and tried a full city roast: was delighted by the lushness of striking flavors existing in harmony in this cup deserving of slow, contemplative sips. The cafe owner then brewed a cup of the hight roast coffee and offered me a free "tasting". This similarly clean cup went down easy: bright in taste and amber in color, the body felt more like assam tea infused with the fruity flavors of coffee. Delicious!

Lovely place for an afternoon coffee 🤗 we really enjoyed the warm welcome and the dedication to serve quality products service, this is really an amazing coffee house. If you're looking for a cozy place while also searching for your favorite blend of coffee, this is the place you need to go to!

They have over 10+ blends of coffee, freshly ground and brewed for each serving. Whipped cream is also made on the spot, no sugar, just perfect 😋

It was just a bit long to get the order but it's okay as we were 5 people coming unannounced and all ordered complicated beverages 😅

Nice Coffee Shop that serves one of the best medium roasts I ever had. The Ethiopian Natural is delicious, very banana-like, fruity and sweet cup. The Kenya Single Origin „Medium roast“ is also very nice, super sweet cup.

As I associate Specialty Coffee with truly light roasted coffee, I can only give this place 4 stars. There are no light roast brews available, unfortunately.
