We had to try it once, because it was described as surreal and decent food. What we found was great service (for take out), crazy atmosphere - this one is Santa themed and just bonkers, and TERRIBLE food. The Chinese chicken burger - the chicken strips are actually good. Why are they in a burger?! With a thin pile of lettuce. And almost no mayo (but enough to taste and offset things). I can't say, because it's a bad choice. Just serve the chicken strips! The lucky cheese burger has a ridiculously overcooked, mushy patty, a slice of cheese of unknown variety, and a ridiculous amount of mayo. Like, 4 burgers worth of mayo. It was not good. Fries were not terrible, but they use an oil that tastes of fish of some sort. It's not great. Maybe they fry their fish in the same oil? If you're thinking, "but all these people tried it, I have to try it as well!" Don't. We thought the same. We regret it.

Not sure why there seemed to be a surge of interest in this chain. Every outlet seems to have such long queues. So we walked to this one which seems out of the way. The older lady welcomed us in. However, once we opened our mouths and spoke in English, she said everything was sold out. And she meant EVERYTHING. I’m amazed. It was only 1.30pm and a fast food restaurant is sold out so early? If everything was sold out, why do they still keep the shop open? Other outlets in the more central locations obviously have lots of stock and doing brisk business. Too weird.

Beyond disgusting - looking forward to better food at the 711 accross the street. Ordered the 'most popular' chinese burger combo. There was so much gristle in the three small pieces of chicken that I couldn't chew them and had to spit them out. The bun was inedible due to the top bun being coated with a half inch of warm mayo and the bottom bun had grease from the three smaller-than-a-chicken-nugget pieces of some mystery meat. The fries were drowning in a lukewarm tasteless white rue.

The second meal was also covered in sauce but the one surviving pork cutlet was not terrible. However, the (thankfully) not sauce coated fries were limp and oily.

I had seen the paid advertisements on tourist websites and had been looking forward to this...clearly, this is a cash only scam for out of town...

The christmas theme is quite funny, they really went full on it, it is quite surprising

Service was perfect, no problem and it is quite cheap (10 dollars for a set + an extra burger)

However the food while being not so bad is quite gooey / sloppy, the fried were really not so good, same for the egg burger but the chinese burger was actually quite good

Generally I would recommend you to try this local fast food chain during your trip in Hakodate since it is quite unique, but do not expect top notch food

Also at least one Vegetarian option would be Nice, Even the fries are...
