Cash only restaurant

Food was great. But it took soooo long time to get ordered dishes. Their operation was bad. Even drinks were not served 20 mins after orders taken. Never recommend for those who wish to have quick meal or travel as a group.

A Chinese looking cashier male helped kitchens, whereas kitchen assistants look at order sheets and still thought about what to do next. Efficient actions were rarely seen.

Simple dish, like slices of breads, sausages, paprika, took almost 25 mins to get served.

After their renovation, anyway they need cash avoiding a large percentage of tax....

Newly renovated restaurant with spacious seating. Menu is a mix of Italian and Japanese dishes.

We had the unagi bowl (¥1,700) , pasta dishes, and some side dishes.

There aren’t too many dining options around this area, so this was a nice a find. It is located next to Hakone Hotel and the ship port.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Sure, it’s tourist prices but you’re in a tourist area. I’d recommend...

It was a very good restaurant. When you get off the ship, you can walk a few steps away and you can see this restaurant with a very clean and beautiful atmosphere. The items were delicious and the food was served delicious and fresh, and of course I must say that they spend a lot of time designing the food, both the food and the sides.
