This shop ruined my travelling mood at all. The service of this restaurant was the worst in Hakone district. We went there for lunch. The shop was vacant but she strongly forced us to sit on a small table and forced us to put luggage in our sit. Would it be better if you can provide us a luggage tray? Or at least I think you can have better attitude towards us? The lady was really unfriendly and ignored us when we were talking to her. There was only our table in her shop that time but still saw her totally annoying face when she took order for us. She even got angry and left after we were asking about the food and only deciding in like one minute time.
