Really cool exhibits and items, ie uniforms and trophies and videos about the races, but unfortunately all the information is only in Japanese. So, I would say foreigners could skip this unless you’re really into running. Although, entry is quite cheap especially with the free pass so is cool to see...

展示内容・見どころ

ミュージアムは、箱根駅伝という競技の歴史・ドラマ・記録に触れられる展示が充実しています。主なコーナーは以下の通り： • ヒストリー ゾーン 第1回大会からの年表、名シーンの写真など。歴代優勝校・各大会の変遷がわかる展示。  • ユニフォーム展示 各大学のユニフォームやタスキなど、レースで使われた実物を間近で見ることができる。  • エピソード ゾーン 選手・監督・大会の裏話、「勝利のドラマ」など、駅伝にまつわる人間ドラマを感じさせる展示が多い。  • データ ゾーン 区間記録、全出場校・出場者の記録、優勝校ランキングなどを閲覧できる。  • ミュージアムシアター 映像で名勝負や大会の雰囲気を追体験できる。熱戦の臨場感が感じられる演出。  • 検索コーナー 来館者自身が過去の大会記録や出場選手の情報を調べられるスペース。  • 企画展ゾーン 時期によって特別展示やテーマ展示をやっている。最近は第101回大会に関する企画や、「総合優勝杯」の常設展示など。  • ミュージアムショップ・カフェ オリジナルグッズ、応援アイテム、カフェコーナー「EKIDEN CAFE “20 SPIRITS”」などもあり、駅伝の雰囲気をお土産として持ち帰れます。

🛣 アクセス・立地 • 最寄り交通手段 箱根湯本駅から箱根登山バスで「箱根町港」行き → 「箱根町港」バス停下車、徒歩約1分。  小田原駅からもバスでアクセス可能。  • 周辺スポット 芦ノ湖が近く、箱根駅伝 往路のフィニッシュ／復路のスタート地点のすぐそば。記念碑や石碑など駅伝関連のスポットが徒歩圏内。  • 駐車場 駐車場あり（台数はあまり多くない）
