A picturesque little cafe run by two beautiful owners who both have really cute dogs. I had had a b breakfast with a coffee and it was very yummy. During my stay I got to meet Ernie and Pua (black dog in picture) who really lightened the mood and where very funny to watch as they tried to get food. The cafe encourages you to bring your dog if you have one which is so cool. The owners had a bottle of oil which the lid was to tight for them to open, so they asked me. As a reward for the deed they gave me a free cake which they had baked ! Was so yummy ! This was the perfect getaway from reality cafe, so tranquil and calm, visit for great food, conversation and escapism 😊

I enjoyed breakfast at this cozy little cafe/flower shop/B&B. They have 2 sets: soup, 2 breads and your choice of coffee or tea, or same as above but with a fried egg and sausage. I ordered the former. Although the pictures suggest a simple meal I appreciated that the bread were homemade and freshly baked. The soup of the day was a cream of potato soup which I used the ciabatta to dip into. The breakfast bun I flavored with butter and strawberry jam. She even threw in a free pastry of cheese and raisins. Everything was simple but delicious. It was a wonderful break from the hotel: affordable, simple and delicious.

From the reviews we have seen online this place seemed as a lovely little cafe with delicious food. The place indeed was lovely as it was connected to the florist and it was decorated with various plants and flowers arrangements. The owners were nice too. However, when we ordered our breakfast, we felt the difference in service towards locals and foreigners. The place specialise in freshly baked bread and home made soups. What we got offered was low quality pastry with bacon or cinnamon and not a bread that they specialise at. The Japanese couple next to us, who ordered the same set, was given freshly made bread and they weren’t even asked to choose between other options. We also ordered coffee that was served in disposable cups. This whole experience made the charm of this cafe disappear little by little. We were left very disappointed.

Megumi makes delicious treats from both sweet cinnamon buns to savory curry pastries, and warm or iced coffee on the side. We enjoyed that her cafe had both dine in and take away, which made it easy to grab before our morning hike. She has a beautiful flower shop upfront and is just a lovely, kind soul to connect with!

A cosy little cafe right next to the Hakone Hyatt Resort and Spa, it's clearly a gem not to be missed. The lady bakes her own bread and the curry rice was the best I had ever eaten, and that says a lot since I normally dislike Japanese curry! Service was excellent and quick.

Great little Café. Wonderful Cinnamon buns and pastries. Friendly service from the owner. Nearby to the Hyatt, and a great alternative for breakfast. Takeaway was also available for pastries on the go!
