Visited with family over nice weekend evening. There were another two table and was quiet. Very good atmosphere and with parking. As soon as we enter nice staff welcome us. So far so good. We were in mood to have slow dinner and restaurant was also quiet. So we have ordered full course with salad and some starter. Which was great!! But then whole dinner was screwed up. Pasara arrived before we finish salad and starter. Where I have mentioned that don’t bring pasta because we want to talk and little slow. But it arrived and whole evening was spoiled. Not only this, dessert came for others while I was still drinking and not finished pasta yet. Staff were cute and young ladies. But I think chefs had a problem….. because they don’t have anything to do. They prepared everything quickly. I was so upset 😭 and staff also make bad face on me….. so we had argument within family on this issue. Nice day spent, great evening with tasty food but service spoiled whole day!! 今回2回目の利用でした。 家族５人でディナーで行きました。 長く続いてるお店なので、期待していましたが。 まず注文して随分待たされました。人気なので仕方ない事ですが、隣の席の方は後から注文されていましたが、私達より先に料理が出揃っていました。 随分待ってやっと出てきたと思ったら、私はライスだけ…（笑）メインもすぐ来ると思っていましたが、それからまた暫く待たされました。 やっとメインのステーキが出てきて食べたのですが、ステーキ肉は硬くて美味しくなかったです。人気と書いてあったので、選びましたが期待した分ショックでした…。たまたま失敗作が当たったのでしょうか？ これなら隣のジョ○フルで食べれば良かったと後悔しました…（泣） また、ライス大盛りサービスとあったので、家族が大盛りで注文しました。 見た目が、私の普通盛りと変わらなかったので一応確認すると『５０ｇしか増えないので見た目はほとんど変わりません』とだけ言われました。その場では、サービスだしそんな物かなと流しましたが… 『大盛りサービスとするからには、ある程度見た目で分かるぐらいの量じゃないと、やる意味ないのでは…？他のお店と比べてなんだかケチくさい』と思いました。 最初から別料金で、見た目でハッキリ分かる大盛りを用意していた方がいいと思いました。 あと、今日バースデープレゼントのハガキが届いたのですが、内容が意味不明です。 私の誕生日は１月ですが、なぜか11/14になっています。その上、誕生日の１ヶ月後まで有効と書いていますが、ハガキが届いたのは12/6です。もし仮に私が11/14の誕生日だったとしても、12/6に届くハガキってあまりに遅すぎませんか…？色々な事が重なって、いい加減なお店だなと呆れてしまいました。今回、たまたま私の運が悪かったのかもしれませんが期待した分、残念な...
