Scapes The suite — Restaurant in Hayama

I was surprised to find out that they only had 4 rooms when we first pulled up, but there was absolutely nothing that was lacking anywhere in the hotel. We stayed in the lowest priced room they had and I was still thrown back at how wonderful everything was. From the view, to the little balcony, to the bed, the tv, the bathroom area. Everything was top of the line. My girlfriend said that the hairdryer they had costs like 45000Y. I don't follow hairdryers but I believe her. ||||For the room itself. There we a couple of huge closets to hang your clothes in. We only stayed one night. No need for them for us. And the room came with a mini fridge and some speakers you could plug an ipod into. Large flat panel tv with an HD dvd player. Bed was extremely huge and comfortable. And the view was just amazing at night looking out over the beach. The next morning they brought us food in our rooms and we ate out on the balcony which was cool. The food was presented well, but tasted like average food to me.||||I do have to point out we got extremely lucky on our stay. They just happen to be having an official fireworks display of some kind right outside of the hotel a few hundred yards off the beach the ONE night we stayed. haha. That just made the night that much more romantic.||||I was also super impressed by the hot tub which sits on the roof of the hotel overlooking the ocean. Oh my gosh, it was a beautiful sunset hanging out in the hot tub. You have to reserve it so it's as private as they come for that hour and blinds just in case you don't want people to be looking in. They do have a chapel up there right across the way from the hot tub and we peaked our heads in to see it, and it was just as gorgeous as the rest of the hotel. If I was to get married in japan, I would have no problem doing it there. Though everything is bigger in America.|| ||Me personally, I think 40000Y is a lot to stay in a hotel for one night, but I would never, ever take it back. And would stay again if I went back to japan with my girl.||||There are a couple small shops where you can find some beach stuff and toys to go play out in the ocean with. We, like idiots, forgot our swimsuits. We ate at the red lobster that was right down the road on the corner. Enoshima wasn't far for us, so we took a trip over there and got to see everything that...

We wanted to stay in Hayama for a night so we could get out of Tokyo and enjoy the beach. We came across this hotel online and... It was amazing. ||To begin with, the hotel is in a beautiful location right in front of the beach from which you can also spot Mt.Fuji on a clear evening. It's also close to the local city so you can walk around and discover other beaches, water sport activities, and local restaurants/cafes. ||The hotel itself is breathtaking. Modern, comfortable, beautiful. The service is highly accommodating. We were late to our check-in time, late to dinner, and late for check-out but. This was never a problem and even our taxi fare from the hotel to the station was taken care of! ||The room is very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The balcony is hands down the most special quality- you can see the beach and Mt.Fuji from there. They offer complimentary champagne and other beverages. The bath products are also excellent! John masters organic is one of my personal favourites so I was happily surprised to find that in our shower room. ||The list goes on and on... ||Not to our surprise, the hotel's restaurant matches the rest of the great qualities of the hotel. I ate a la carte and my couple had the course menu. Everything was served quickly and the wine and the food were delicious! Great wine selection! ||As the review below ours mentions, the jacuzzi was impeccable! This whole was experience was definitely worth the price, if anything you would expect it to be...
