Meets the American expectations for a decent burger. Hand-formed patty on a slightly chewy bun. Reminds me slightly of a pretzel. Served with skinny fries. Regular size patty was enough and I was so hungry. Try it! Has a cafe vibe with cozy seating.

雰囲気がとても良くオシャレで素敵なカフェで食べました。 ハンバーガーは初めから重なってるのではなく、お皿に飾られて、自分で好みの量をケチャップとマスタード付けてから重ね、紙袋に入れて食べるスタイル。 注文してから焼き始めるスタイルらしく、キッチンの奥からパティのタネの空気を抜く音が聞こえます。 届いたはハンバーガーのバンズはもっちり焼きたて、パティはシンプルな味付けでかなりの肉感。 シンプルな味付けなので、思ってる以上にケチャップやマスタードかけても大丈夫です。 ランチタイムはサイドが付いてきて、サイドはフライポテトかサラダか選べ、今回はサラダをチョイス。人参のラペの味付けが結構好みでした。 パティも120gか200gかで選べます。200gでペロッと食べれましたが、食べ応えのあるハンバーガーでした。とても美味しいです。 肉肉しいハンバーガー食べたい人にはおすすめ。 駐車場は1台のみなので、近場のパーキングに止めた方が良いけど、駐車料金がなかなかになるのでそれは予め認識しておいた方が良いのと、店内がサーキュレーターなどは回っていますが、冷房が効いているというよりは日陰で食べる印象で、連れは汗だくでした。 猛暑時期ずらしていけばちょうど良さそうです。

I need to think of a catchy name for this type of establishment but it's one of those places where the owners make you feel like you're inconveniencing them rather than making you feel welcome. Snobby is not quite right, nor is snooty but I want to enjoy eating out and not feel like I'm in...
