We came here for lunch after visiting Himeji castle. We ordered the Vegetable Sesame Miso Noodles and the Grilled Pork Sesame Miso Noodles with an extra egg each, and a portion of gyoza. We thought the noodles were very delicious, not too salty, and I really liked the bamboo in the vegetable noodles. The gyoza was so-so for us. Super cheap and tasty ramen!! Located at B1 foodstreet of the mall, we chanced upon this tantan remen place along the way and saw a long queue. 今回は姫路駅にある「御座候 たんたん山陽店」さんに初訪問✨FEATA地下にあることは知っていましたが山陽百貨店の地下にもあることは知らなかったです☺️✨

回転焼きで関西では知らない人がいない“御座候”が２店舗だけ展開している担々麺のお店で姫路市民の誰もが食べたことのある(知らんけど)ソウルフードを楽しめるのが「御座候たんたん」です✨

学生の時に食べた時は200円で部活終わりに友人と200円を握りしめて移転前の店舗に訪問してみんなで並んで食べた懐かしい思い出です☺️✨

鶏ガラベースの動物系スープはかなりあっさりしており鶏の旨味に風味にゴマ味噌の風味も程よく感じながらもラー油のピリッとしたアクセントがある懐かしい昔ながらの味です✨
