They make fresh bread crumbs to be used for the tonkatsu. We had the curry tonkatsu and regular with cabbage.

The curry was flavorful and the katsu juicy and delicious.

Best tonkatsu I had so far. Even though the waitress got the order wrong, we were served immediately after telling the staff and we received what we ordered. The sauces were great and the "selfmade" sesame miso sauce was the best! The only problem I had was that I could not eat more, as I was full and the plates were empty. Definitely give it a try. I love Katsu-don, and this was one of the best I’ve had in a long long time! The pork tonkatsu is huge and fried to order, then placed in some broth and covered with egg and placed on rice.
