I found this coffee shop online, but unfortunately when I got to the door, I discovered that it was closed. The sign said that another branch in Kubocho was still open, so I headed here instead. I ordered an Orange Coffee Tonic and an Ethiopia Hand Drip, and the taste was excellent! The environment was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived, it was already after 4 PM, and the day's pastries had sold out, so I didn't get to try them.

Cappuccino was smooth and delicious. Kosuke was happy to have a chat (in Japanese) and talk about the coffees and beans.

I went here after a tour of Himeji castle; the shop is located near the Himeji station. I would highly recommend a stop here. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The coffee is some of the best I’ve had in Japan (I’ve been to Glitch and similar establishments in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka) and the flavor profiles are pronounced. They lean single origin medium to light roast, but the dark roast single origin was my favorite.
