The lunch menu is worth coming for! You get high quality food for a decent price. I got the eel lunch set and it was delicious. I loved trying the conger eel. ＪＲ姫路駅より徒歩５分。メインストリートとなる大手前通りからは少し外れに位置しますが、主要観光施設からも近く、付近にはホテルもあり、旅のついでにうまい物を食べようという時に最高の立地にあります。平日の１７時に予約なしで来店、店内は空いています。 とにかく店構えが立派です！　まるで料亭…いや、コース料理とか置いてる時点でそのへんの居酒屋さんと一緒にしてはいけないのですが。 ただし、コース料理一択という訳ではありません。単品料理も豊富です。特に、姫路を代表する郷土料理が気軽に楽しめます。料金もさほど高くはありません。 お酒もいろいろ置いてますね…日本酒に焼酎、姫路を代表するお酒というのは聞いたことがありませんが、とりあえず試してみましょう。 まずは日本酒、白鷺の城（純米吟醸）。１合９００の廉価ですが、非常に口当たりがよく、飲みやすいです。おちょこもお洒落ですね。 おつまみは、ひねぽん（金山寺味噌）、姫路おでん（５種）、穴子蒲焼を注文。 量も多すぎず少なすぎず、適量です。色々楽しみたい人向け。味付けはもちろんですが、盛り付けもこだわっており、一皿一皿を楽しみながら食事ができます。 お値段は、お酒２杯、つまみ３皿で５０００円ちょい。お手軽です。 観光地というと、とにかく人が多くて、回りの喧騒を気にしながら狭いところで忙しく食事をするイメージですが、ここはゆったりと料理を楽しめます。 姫路旅行の鉄板として、人に紹介したくなるお店です。また来ます！
