料理はなんとかおいしいけど、場所がかなり汚いしサービスは不正直で悪いです。 The service is bad and the place is overall quite dirty. We were made to sit in the worst table available at the time, near the exit under the compassionate protection of a squeezable chicken and epileptic lights. I ordered vegetable curry for 920 ¥ and Ms. J. ordered some 400 ¥-something potatoes because her stomach has something wrong and doctors can't tell. The curry was not bad, a little better than the coco one, although one may expect something better since it is not a fast-food chain and it's supposed to be traditional food. Although it was supposed to be vegetable curry, there was (non-squeezable) chicken inside. Must have been my bad for not asking. Ms. J. asked for sauce for her potatoes, she was first told that there was already sauce inside. After being confronted with the unpleasant fact that there was effectively not sauce inside and the potatoes were dry, while in the picture sauce was provided, the waitress plainly said that the picture was one thing and the food was another. Upon finally asking for some sauce, we were told that there was no sauce available in the supposed restaurant, not even mayonnaise. At the moment of paying, we were charged an extra fee just for seating and an other extra fee on top of that because, equivalent to the cost of an other dish. I have been in Thailand before, and I think it is a true pity that the thai people and thai cousin are represented in such a despicable way in Japan. Besides being regrettable, this is close to scamming people by adding arbitrary fees -- last time Ms.J was not charged and this time I had to ask explicitly for the receipt, so I think they are well aware of what they are doing. I am a promoter of friendship and respect among people and hope we would help to not incentivate this kind of practices. Also, I would like to specify which I have personally nothing against squeezable chickens, which I love but should nevertheless not be hanging on one's head like a sword of Damocles while eating. Terrible service and a meal so bad I couldn't eat most of it. Avoid the crab curry as its just greasy lumps of batter, hardly any crab meat in a very bland sauce. Tried to complain about the dish but just got ignored. Considering the wait staff couldn't even get 3 basic drink orders correct what did I expect. Then to be overcharged, possibly a seating charge? Don't know we weren't told, that just topped it off we just wanted out of there. Only reason they got 1 star was the spring...

Staff attitude very bad Food good They don't like it when you order more than once or your order takes 3 minutes, or when you finish your main dish and you wanna get your dessert, or when you call them cause they gave you the wrong dish from what you ordered,... and they look straight at you from that moment to when you leave the place.
