This is a restaurant specialized in ramen and noodles, both dry and wet. They offer a wide variety of food though, not just noodles.

I ordered the Katsu-don, which included rice, an omelette, some broth and fried pork in one bowl and some miso soup and veggies in others.

The omelette was pleasantly sweet, and the pork was nice and crispy. The broth had soaked into the rice, flavouring it.

I did a sake tasting with the owner and some of their friends who were hosting an event in the mall. Fantastic people, fantastic drinks. The highlight of my trip. My only regret is that I could not taste their soba.

My only regret is that I could not taste their soba. You will not find better company, better food, or better drinks. When I return to Himeji, it will be to visit here again.
