The best meal we had in Japan! Everything was expertly prepared and the set meal was absolutely delicious! The owners and the local clientele at the counter were very nice and we had a really interesting and fun conversation (with the help of google translate). 今まで食べた事がない氷見の鰤はどんな味なんだろうと思い、しげはまさんに予約をいれて訪問。予約の時に、時期的にギリギリなので鰤が取れなかった時は前もって電話をくれる事になっていたが、連絡がなく、何とか食べる事が出来ました。 お願いしたのは、鰤コース。まずは前菜4品。 いろんな部位を様々な料理法でだしてくれた。 その中で、特に鰤肝の旨煮が一番濃厚で美味しかった。続いてお造りは、背、尾の身、中トロ、大トロを頂きました。こんなに歯ごたえがある鰤を食べたのは初めて。続いて鰤大根。ビックリしたのは、骨まで食べられたこと。どれだけ煮込んであるんだろう。塩焼きも身が引き締まったてとても美味しかった。一番感動したのは、鰤しゃぷ 身が引き締まっているが、半ナマで食べる事によってトロのような甘みも感じられた。一番と思ったのもつかの間。頭のあら煮...

We were able to enjoy our time with them and a couple of local customers and just chatted the night away. What an amazing experience!
