Describí Ichiran en Hong Kong y frecuenté su local en Brooklyn cuando llegaron a EE UU. Puedo asegurarte esta cadena sirve uno de los mejores ramen de EE UU. Incluso durante mi viaje a Japón, donde estuve ocupado probando todo tipo de comida, no pude resistirme a paré en un Ichiran para probarlo desde su fuente.

Durante mi última semana en Japón, decidí visitar el Ichiran de Hiratsuka. A diferencia de otras sucursales, no había cola cuando llegué, ya que este local está un poco lejos de las zonas turísticas. Pero, para mi sorpresa, la calidad de la comida y el servicio fue tan buena como lo recordaba. Pedí mi usual orden de ramen y estaba tan delicioso como había imaginado.

A pesar de no haber mucho alrededor de este Ichiran, recomiendo que pares en ese local si has tenido algún problema con otras sucursales de Ichiran en zonas más ocupadas. La consistencia y calidad de la comida persisten en este local en particular.

Even during my trip to Japan, where I was busy trying all sorts of different types of food, I couldn't resist stopping by an Ichiran to try it from its source.

During my last week in Japan, I decided to visit the Ichiran location in Hiratsuka. Unlike some of the other branches, there was no queue when I arrived, as this location is a bit off the beaten path for tourists. But to my surprise, the quality of food and service was just as consistent as I remembered it to be. I ordered my usual bowl of ramen and it was just as delicious as I had imagined.

Despite there not being much around this Ichiran, I highly recommend stopping by this location if you've encountered any issues with other Ichiran branches in busier areas. The consistency and quality of the food persist at this...

ラーメン、こい味超こってりにんにく1斤分白ねぎ青ねぎチャーシュー辛さ5倍を注文です♪ 他の方のコメント見て替玉と普通サイズのごはんも注文しました🆗 最初は麺普通で😁 注文用紙に記載するパターンみたいですね📃 あまり待つ事なくスダレがペローンとオープン😆 早速スープを⁇ お、普通に美味いじゃ無いですか😋 麺もちょうどいい硬さで、ちょっと他には無い感有りました👌 辛さもちょうど良い感じで、8とか⁉️もうちょいあっても良いか、逆に無い方が良いか⁉️って思いました。 具材は寂しい感じで、小さいチャーシュー２枚有りでした🤏 この味、一世を風靡した⁉️だけある店だなぁって思いましたね🫡 仕切り、衝立てはバタンって畳める構造なんですね😅 おかげさまで我が子と訪問でしたが、味の違いなどを確かめられるのは良かったですね😁 半では無い替玉は硬めにしましたが、普通との中間が良かったですね💦 あと、皆様ご指摘の量ですが、麺少ないです💦 普通サイズのごはん、コレじゃ半ライス少な目ですよ😭 持ってきた時にコレ半ですかって聞いちゃいました😭 いろいろ食べ歩きしてますが、この量は今まででチャンピオン級です⤵️ 我が子もちょいびっくりしてました💦 例えるなら、良くあるチャーハンのスープの器に盛った感じでしょうか⁉️ せめてテーブルに胡椒くらいは欲しいかなぁ⁉️ 結果、訪問時2人で2630円で満腹感無し、帰りにスイーツでもってなりました💦 接客はとても丁寧な感じですね🆗 スダレ⁉️暖簾で中が見えない様になっていて、横にある仕切りで擬似的に個室感ある作りはある意味でエンタメ感満載の演出だと思いますが、個人的にはフルオープンで調理とか見える方が好きかなぁ⁉️ 横の仕切りは畳めるので良いかと思いました👍 まあ確かに美味い感じでしたが、量と値段のバランスはちょい悪く値段高めかと思いました💴 同じ値段ぐらいで満足出来るラーメン屋の各ジャンルやステーキなども候補にあるので、まあココは機会があればって思いました。 オープン当時はココ、凄かったですよね。 平日夕方18時頃、待ちなしで行けました👍 帰りに裏側から愛車で出ましたが、ココの建物で遮られ全く見えません👀 是非ともミラーつけて欲しいですね🙏 事故やったらラーメン不味くなっちゃいますので...

ラーメン自体はとても美味しく、特に濃厚な豚骨スープが印象的でした。スープの旨味が強く、ストレートの細麺がよく絡みます。麺の硬さは「かため」を選びましたが、食感が良く、スープとの相性も抜群でした。

一方で、チャーシューの存在感が少し薄かったのが残念でした。スープに隠れてしまい、味わいが薄れた感じがしました。また、トッピングの選択肢が豊富で、自分好みにカスタマイズできる点は非常に良かったです。ただ、全体的な価格が少し高めに感じることもありました。

お店の雰囲気は落ち着いており、一人でも気軽に入れるのが良かったです。カウンター席が中心で、プライバシーを保ちながら食事ができる「味集中カウンター」は一蘭ならではの特徴ですね。

I visited the Ichiran Hiratsuka store. The ramen was very delicious, especially the rich tonkotsu soup. The soup had strong umami flavor and the straight thin noodles matched well with it. I chose the "hard" noodles, and their texture was perfect.

However, the char siu was a bit underwhelming. It was hidden in the soup and its flavor seemed weak. The variety of toppings was good, allowing for customization, which I appreciated. The overall price felt a bit high.

The restaurant's atmosphere was calm and comfortable, making it easy for solo diners. The "flavor concentration counter" was a unique feature, providing privacy...
