Sukiya — Restaurant in Hiratsuka

4 of us went to Hiratsuka, Kanagawa for work. It was late at night. Came here at 1 o'clock in the night without finding any restaurant open. Their outlet was almost empty. We were hungry and immediately ordered beef plate set meal (included miso soup, beef dish, rice, egg and pickle), fire charcoal grilled chicken bowl, Melty 3 kinds of cheese beef bowl, mustard pollack mayonnaise beef bowl. All were namimori.

They serve food within 10 minutes. They had complimentary ocha. Many types of garlic sauce, soy sauce, mayonnaise, salt, paper were arranged on the table. 店の入り口前の牛すき鍋が目に入り、とても食べたくなりました 自宅にご飯があったので、牛すき鍋単品持ち帰りにしました。玉子2個付き、取り皿まで付いていてありがたい 自宅に帰り取り出すとまだ温かい タレが別になっているので、持ち帰る時もつゆ漏れ無し。 あらかじめ下ごしらえした状態なので添付のタレを入れコンロで2分！すぐ食べられました。

牛肉が柔らかく思ったより多かった。 注文時、具の増量もありました。 野菜もうどんも入っていてご飯がいらなかった。 タレがすごく美味しかったです。 玉子につけて食べた時ちょうどいい濃さ また食べたいです
