We stumbled upon this cozy ramen spot in Hiroshima and were blown away by how good it was. We tried both the pork and the chicken ramen, and honestly – it’s hard to say which one was better. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. You could really taste the quality in every bite.

The pork ramen had that deep, comforting umami flavor you dream of, with tender slices of chashu that melted in your mouth. The chicken ramen was a bit lighter but just as satisfying, with a beautifully balanced broth and perfectly cooked toppings.

Oh my gosh. This place is amazing. I came with a friend, and we both ordered the chicken ramen combo with karaage and rice. The chicken broth is hearty and rich without being overwhelming. I would love to come back on a crisp evening and enjoy this delectable broth! They provide a generous amount of noodles, and the chicken in the soup was magical— flavorful, tender— and again a nice portion. The karaage was definitely nice, but I was thinking to myself— oh my gosh this is great rice! I’d recommend topping it with the sesame and a little of the pickled ginger. Four years of living and eating ramen across Japan (my primary effort at this point) this was instantly one of my favorites. Pork broth expertly prepared with all the right fixings combined for a first rate bowl. I had some karaage as well. Super! Crisp, tender and delivered all the right flavors you could hope for. I hope the server I had was representative of all of their staff. The man took pride and enjoys what he does. Even if the ramen was mediocre I would still have given 5 stars just based on this man being a great person. Price is pretty normal for Japan but if you order 2 liters of beer, don’t expect a frugal...
