First time staying here. Chose this hotel because my chase explore card was doing a promotion on mileage points. Stayed one night got 6,000 points. So that was already great. The room is the smallest room I've stayed in while visiting Japan but it's the first non-American chain hotel I've stayed in while here so I would assume it's a typical Japanese room size, small but doable. Butttt where the room lacks in size the hotel makes up for with its public Hot Bath! AMAZING!!! Also a first for me. I a has read somewhere about having to cover up any tattoos (reception was happy to give me some bandage covers for them) so if you have a tattoo make sure you ask for one or two, however many you need.
I Just got done telling my boyfriend how it was the best bathing experience of my life. I didn't really have any expectations going in... but was still a bit surprised to see how spic and clean it was and, very modern. I literally walked in with no toiletries bc I didn't know if it was a place to actually wash yourself or not. Not bringing anything worked out just fine. The bath had everything on hand, and not the cheap stuff either it was salon quality. Two different choices of hot baths, a lying down one and a sitting one. A hot steam bath option. A bathing section where you can sit an wash yourself with the supplied goodies, and then the blow dry bar to make yourself all pretty (guess you could bring your make-up if you'd like). The whole set up was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be using this hotel chain again! I guess a can also mention... The staff was very pleasant and helpful with all my questions, they definitely can get by with communicating with you in English.
Only negative I thought was that the restroom in the room spelt if smoke, strange but not a deal breaker for me. The Hotel was...

Close to bars and restaurants.||Getting there - we took the 101 bus from Hiroshima Station, bus stop just across the road from the hotel. About 10 minutes.||Our room - as you may have read, the rooms are small and a bit dated however, it was clean and we found it just fine. Amenities (toothbrush etc) were available in the lobby.||Hotel - we thought it was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are washers, dyers and vending machines. Male and female onzen is included, lovely after a long day exploring. They also do complimentary noodles from 21.30, again a great little treat!! There is a complimentary shuttle bus to the station that runs in the morning, you need to book early!! It is a business person's hotel rather than a tourist spot. Didn't bother us!||Breakfast - here's why I scored it 4/5. We found breakfast ok. Quite basic and we went towards the end of the service (06.00 - 09.00) so it was running low, a little bit cold and not being replenished. Some western but mainly Japanse offerings.||USB - no ports but plenty of plugs.||Overall a good experience and we...
