McDonald's — Restaurant in Hiroshima

I use to come to this macdonalds from long time ago and then here is lucky coupen given to a costumer after taking one set of macdonalds. In that macdonalds there came a lucky draw number 4 where there is Toriniku Set of 590Yen and that set which I don't like and don't eat beacause of my religion also so, I demand for Chicken Set og 540Yen which money is less than a toriniku coupen money also. But they don't give me what I wish to eat from that coupen I am lucky but I can't eat when the coupen happen also. conclusion is that if i cant eat which i wanted then what is the meaning of begin lucky so i request to macdonalds that please solve this issue Your...

ドライブスルーの利用で、まったく違う内容を持たされた😞残念

九月は月見バーガーが季節もので推されているが、 大量に余るほど作っているのが容易に想像できる。 紛れ込んだか、差し繰られたか… 誤ったか、意図的に持たされたか…

あらかじめオーダー時に、 テリヤキとサムライと野菜が多いのはどちらか？と尋ねたがオペレーターはアルバイトの学生で、話が通じない、返答も的を得ていない。 しっかりと応答でテリヤキを注文し確認したが、こちらも運転手で、 精算窓口～受渡し窓口とクルマの移動～運転で手が放せず、確認は帰宅して開けてからとなった。 精算窓口でレシートを、受渡し窓口ですぐ開封など、確認すれば良かったかも知れない。 又、受渡し窓口ではベテランの女性スタッフは無言で渡され、商品のコールなど無かったので、出来れば確認のため商品名をコールするなど、双方で確認できる様にしたら良いと思った。

冷めたバーガーを返品するのも、後から再度テリヤキと交換するのも、差額が高い場合に返金を受けるのも、手数もあり控えるが…
