While passing by HITA, I went to Google and ate it. Everyone has different tastes, so I only refer to ratings and reviews, but there was no twist. I ate katsu-don and it was really good. The side dishes were delicious and I was curious about how you season them. The restaurants are very friendly and when I asked about the parking lot, they jumped and guided me. I'm not sure how Hita yakiroba is supposed to be, but it is definitely a crunchy noodle. It's half soft and half with crispy parts. It comes with a generous amount of bean spouts.

We ordered one yakisoba and the Lady owner gave us free rice and pickles with it. The Oolong tea is homemade and it is actually very good. Not bitter at all!
