SCAM alert! Parking fees are extravagent if you go over the "free" 2hrs. The notice diesn't specify the basic hourly rate 基本料金, only the maximum rate 最大料金 of 1200yen. But the meter is set to charge you 1200 as soon as the clock goes over 2hrs, even though you'll get a 300yen coupon for the "2 free hours". In effect, we paid 900yen for 2.5hrs per car, 2700 yen in total.

This was a good place to go for lunch. The cost is slightly more expensive than Saizeriya but you do get a higher standard of food. Service was quick and friendly. The lunch set menu has plenty of options and is a good price. You can chose 1 main dish, 1 side dish and get drink bar thrown in. Overall the food was nice. Would go again if i wanted to eat out at somewhere not...
