あなたの様なお客様にも笑顔で対応できれば良かったのですが我々サービスマンも人間ですので非常識な方には一言言わせて頂きました。 来店するなりトイレ、しかも長い！出てきて飲み物を注文するも上から！お願いしますも無し！牡蠣をお出しして産地の説明しようとしても遮られる！決して書かれてる様な語りでもこだわりでも無く当たり前の商品の説明です。3種頼んで説明無しで良かったんですかね？それはそれであなたの様な方は文句を言うのでしょうが！ 注意されたく無ければ感じ良くしたほうが良いですよ！他のお店でどうかわかりませんが良いサービスを受けるにはスタッフに偉そうにせずお願いしますくらいつけて注文してくださいね！私はそれなりです。良いお客様には色々良くして差し上げます。 サービスマンの前に私も人ですので！あなたの評価が私のあなたに対しての評価です。

Turned up early without a booking and fortunate to get a table.

Solo operator who works hard but managing too many guests at once is clearly stressful.

Most items I wanted were unfortunately unavailable (tuna, sea grapes etc). But the oysters were delicious

On reflection the quality was ok but not worth the price. Especially considering you cook and prepare everything yourself. All he does is bring it to your table.

At one point I realised there were no locals eating in the restaurant, all were Chinese tourists. This is the captive audience. If you’re ok with that then fine.

The whole experience was too rushed and I left...

We have dined at numerous restaurants globally with our child, but this visit stood out due to its disappointments. The menu was extremely limited, with patrons forced to choose from a small selection that the owner permits, despite numerous dishes being advertised. Additionally, the quality of the fish, which was imported, was mediocre and lacked freshness.The customer service also left much to be desired. Despite being the only clients in the restaurant, the treatment we received was poor. From reading other reviews by Japanese customers, it's clear that this isn't due to cultural differences but rather indicative of a broader issue with how the restaurant treats its guests. The staff's oppressive manner deeply marred our dining experience, prompting us to depart as soon as we had finished our meal.To add to our frustrations, the restaurant was not accommodating of our child's needs. Despite our requests for a child-appropriate meal, the server repeatedly told us to wait and ultimately neglected to fulfill our request. This disregard was the final detriment to our experience, ensuring we would not choose to...
