MEAT BAR BUTCHER Trico — Restaurant in Ishigaki

So I went ti this place as it had high ratings, located in busy touristy area across to marina, stuff (mid 20 Chinese looking woman) was not welcoming, refused to call the taxi after I finish my dinner. Main dish, a local special beef grill was undercooked, with some large chunks of fat and with some very dry french fries on a side I wasn’t asked for. Cold roast beef cuts were okay. Mashed potato was okay. Overall bad impression of a tourist spot where nobody cares about the quality of food or service. My bill was 20000¥ for two persons which in my opinion is overpriced. Do not come there as there are much better options like Garlic...

The only thing better than our meal was the customer service. We were given authentic and delicious delicate deli meat as to whet our appetite after we orders. The pickle appetizer was delicious and crisp. The bell peppers were surprisingly crunchy. All of the meat dishes were deliciously seasoned and the mash potatoes were better then what your mother makes on Thanksgiving. The customer service was 5 star quality. Unfortunatly one of my worst burger experience ever... For 2,300JPY, I had a "blue cheese" burger including "french fries". I have to say I am still looking for the blue cheese and the 12 fries (super salty) hardly filled my belly. My girlfriend did not find the bacon slice she was suppose to have in her hamburger as well. Both steaks were burned, which made us realized the cook did not even ask for the meat cooking ...
