Sorry Doug but I think your business is going to go bankrupt. Or at least what your local staff believe because one couple asked for very little ice in there drinks and our request wasn’t respected. When the server took our order, I specifically asked 3 times to have very little ice in our drinks but when another employee brought our drinks they were full of ice. So much so that I mentioned to the server that we requested very little ice. He proceeded to tell me that our drinks had their version of very little ice! I was appalled to be told by the gentleman that our drinks had very little ice when clearly they didn’t. Doug in Europe, Europeans don’t use ice in their drinks. That’s an American fast food thing to increase profits by giving less drink with more ice. I would suggest informing your employees to adhere to a customer’s request when asked to exclude some ice, it would be an overall better customer experience. Besides not every customer is asking for less ice, so your profits should be secure. Okyakusama wa kamisama janaidesuka. Otherwise the whole experience was ruined by this one employee. Sorry, I cannot recommend your establishment to the readers. I hope for positive change from this review. Please note the photos of our drinks with lots of...

We ordered the Premium Tarama Cheese Burger. The bun was great, but the burger just lacked any real substance or stand out features. No char on the meat and as a result it lacked flavour and the patty offered a slightly mushy texture. Maybe this is just the local style, but it wouldn’t be my favorite. The chips were good and I enjoyed the specially bottled beer they offered. Also cool to learn about the genesis story of Doug’s Burgers n...

I always get the onion rings and also spring for the expensive local beef which does taste better. I’ve also tried the tuna steak burger, which I love.
There is no parking so you have to pay in the nearby coin parking lot, which set us back 1,000 JPY. It’s a little bit hard to find but worth the trip. Everything feels brand...
