MARUFUKU COFFEE Itami Airport Store — Restaurant in Itami

I recently visited Marufuku Coffee and I was disappointed. While I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious desserts I ordered, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the coffee( worst coffee ever) and pancakes.

The coffee I received had a rather unpleasant taste and failed to meet my expectations. Additionally, the pancakes were noticeably hard, lacking the desired texture and fluffiness. The crepes had a weird taste.

I appreciate the effort they put into the desserts, which were truly delightful. It would be wonderful if the same level of attention could be given to improving the coffee and food preparation.

The food and staff were excellent. The pancake isn't the typical American style, which may explain some negative reviews from American visitors. However, the menu clearly describes the pancake's crunchy texture. The airport was busy, and it would be helpful to have the sign-up for the waiting list posted in English, though they do offer an English menu. We were very satisfied with the food and drinks. We ordered a bit too much, but my daughter didn’t want to waste anything, so we're feeling a bit stuffed. 丸福珈琲店のコーヒーは、この店舗に限らず、しっかり苦くて濃いコーヒーです。 さすがに私はブラックでは飲めませんが、丸福のホットカフェオレは大好きです。 「温かいミルク」というよりは「熱々の牛乳」が「香り高く濃い珈琲」と渾然一体となり、しっかり熱くてコクのあるカフェオレになって出てきます。 これに砂糖を足すとなお一層、私は「美味しい元気の素」をカラダに充填してる〜と感じて落ち着きます。

この店舗は到着ゲートやモノレール駅からの2階エントランスに近いので、長居をするような場所ではありませんが、 大阪を代表する老舗珈琲店の味をササッと味わい、気持ちを切り替えて次の行動へと動きやすい店だと思います。

狭い店内には半円形のカウンター席の他に テーブル席が奥や隅にあります。 店舗外（到着ゲートのすぐ横）にもテーブル席はあります。

午前11時まではモーニングメニューがあるのでお得に飲食ができます。
