If you happen to be in Ito area, this is the "must" for great RAMEN noodle. Not too fatty, surprisingly not heavy at all, yet flavorful pork based broth and noodle is perfect for its texture. To be honest, I am not big fan of Tonkotsu Ramen but I really enjoyed their bowl of Ramen noodle and I definitely go back!! Closed: Tuesday...

Hands down the best ramen we've had in Japan. We've had ramen in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Nagoya and this is without a doubt the best ramen. The soup base is made fresh every day and out of this world! The pork is succulent and delicious! We will miss this...

They had an English menu and understood basic phrases. So if you are in Ito and are looking for some Ramen you should check it out. :)

日曜夜の部17時30分開始の5分前に到着しましたが待ち客はおらず、暫くして2名が後から来ましたがすんなり入店。 店内はカウンターとテーブル席に座敷ありと、かなり広めです。 注文はチャーシューめん¥1,150と、しぐれご飯¥350をお願いしました。 店主さん1人で回してるようなので注文、調理、配膳の合間に追加オーダーを受けてくれるようです。 ちなみに現在R5.4月時点ではご飯物に生卵サービスは停止中です。 5分程して着丼🤤 スープの味変を是非に！という張り紙もあり、 色々試したくなります。 チャーシューはホロホロで柔らかい感じで、優しい味。 さて麺は細麺ですが、スープとのバランスが非常良く食べやすいし、見た目こってりしてるはずなんですが舌がベタつく事も無く、酢や辛味で味変してスープ完飲してしまった😋 しぐれご飯は甘辛く煮たチャーシューが乗せてあり、これまた麺のお供に最高。 食べ終わる頃には、続々と家族連れや年配夫婦さんがご来店。 1人でもカウンターがあるので入りやすいですね。 ご馳走様でした。 2025年10月 メニュー表の写真追加
