What a cute little restaurant/ shop! There is 3-4 parking spots right beside the shop you can park at for free which was so convenient! The owners/workers have the shop set up so cute. They sell homemade items such as paper, necklaces, and coffee cups that can be purchased upon checkout You do have to take your shoes off upon entering (so beware if you have strappy shoes/boots). Once entered they have so many different seating options. Couches, chairs, bar stools, and love seats. I ordered the blue berry juice and it was the highlight of my meal! So fresh and good. We ordered the curry which came with a drink of your choice and a dessert (usually ice cream or shaved ice if seasonally offered). The curry and veggies were so good! The wild rice was a good mix up from plain white rice and the curry had some heat to it but was tolerable. I got the white (milk) shaved ice which had condensed milk and I think strawberry purée at the bottom. Over all everything was delicious.

Relaxing cafe in a beautiful garden setting. While it was too early in the season to see their hydrangea garden, it is still peaceful to sit outside for a nice lunch. I had the ginger squash as a drink and a sausage and brie sandwich on crispy fresh French bread. Serve is polite. The location close to the Kintai Bridge and across from the Irises is great. There are always seasonal flowers in the neighborhood which gives visitors reasons to return to this cute little Cafe. There is also indoor seating but you will be required to remove your shoes to sit inside.

We came on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. The atmosphere was pleasant. They do have an English menu. I took pictures of it. You must remove your shoes after entering. This cafe has limited seating and many nicnacs for purchase. The coffee was good. We ordered the french toast lunch type. 4 star rating due to the french toast being soggy in the inside. Would not recommend bringing children due to the breakable items.

When you walk past the high fence, and mysterious gateway, get a glimpse of the house and garden, the look is inviting and ultra private and peaceful. Go in! Yes it is not a bargain place for coffee, but the setting and furnishings and handcrafts and style is uniquely Japanese. Simply a beautiful space, gorgeous picture windows, and the Spicy Ginger Milk (hot) was so delicious. Never seen this on any menu before. Handmade clothing and jewellery and paper etc...thats a small sample of what is inside this expansive...
