Wataboshi Kintaikyo Store — Restaurant in Iwakuni

Great place to escape the heat in the summer. They sell lunch and some interesting shaved ice desserts with ice cream. I had the strawberry shaved ice parfait and it was well worth it. They also have soft drinks and omiyage at the front if you don't want to sit down. I don't remember an English menu, but for desserts you can just point to the pictures. To pay, you bring the red clipboard to the front. And if you need anything while dining, you press the button on your table.

I got the karaage bento and took it to go. The atmosphere and service was great! The food was excellent! I ate some soft serve ice cream out front.
