【Worst Service ever & Discrimination】

This happened around 9am on March 1,2019. There's only a waiter. He sighed lots of times, dropped everything loudly, looks annoyed, leave me waiting for long time, just start when he notice I'm not Japanese or can't speak it well. We thought maybe he just too busy, but there's also some Japanese came and order. He smiled and did things politely.

When I was ordering sets and drinks, because he didn't want to explain carefully ( he speak in Japanese quickly for the first time and I couldn't get it, nicely asked him to said that one more time made him looks annoyed ), we didn't know he cancelled our coffee of morning sets. ( what he said was switch to other drinks we added )

I tried to explain or talk to him ( with Google Translated words ), he glanced and leave me waiting for 5mins. After I called him, he kept doing his thing and squint at me. Of course, he kept using his annoyed attitude and start to murmured. Alright, we really get enough of this.

We just come for quick breakfast. Hope the employee training could be improved. This experience is so terrible and will never come again, thanks.

PS. This shop was moved to the Terminal 1 2F on the road to shuttle bus...

Avoid this store at all cost. I was early for my check in so I got a drink at this outlet. I ordered a large iced uji matcha latte for 530yen it was filled 3/4 of the cup. The beverage was too sweet and I asked for some milk to be added, I was declined. When I asked if I could pay for a small serving of milk, they wanted to charge 350yen for it. This is how they make money at this outlet. Do check your beverage level and ask them to fill to the correct level before leaving the counter, or risk having to pay more for their carelessness. Or just don’t visit this...

One of the first things I do when I arrive in Japan is to have an iced coffee from Doutor Coffee Shop, it doesn't matter which one because they are all made to the very highest of standards, I drink a lot of coffee and have tried a lot of the major coffee shops around the world but am hard pressed to find anything as good as Doutor Coffee, so when you travel to Japan and dying for a fix try this, I'm sure...
