Went on a regular Mon late afternoon. Would like to have ramen and this was the only choice at KIX airport. A few people ahead and slightly queued for 10mins.
Unexpectedly the female receiptionist was quite unfriendly. She was showing annoyed face and just handed me the menu and expected me to place order in 5 seconds…
Food was delivered quite fast once seated. The spiciness was as expected. The chicken-soup base was rich but became salty at the end. The 2 slices of meat were a little dry and the egg was tasteless like a water-boiled egg. The proportion was fair as a lunch.

The dish itself was good to be honest, but the problem came from their attitude. The male assistant inside cooking area kept trying to take my bowl and beer while still eating them. The lady at the entrance insisted me to pay the bill in the middle of my dining! I did understand the situation there could be in a hurry due to some customers had to eat up and leave early. But I only spent less than 20 minutes there! That's horrible experience I've ever had among my several trips to Japan. I tried to understand their hostile and unpleasant action, but it's still far away from their Omotenashi. Shame on...
