We got salt ramen. I got tsukemen dipping ramen and the waiter miscommunicated and didn’t say there were already pieces of meat in there. I didn’t know so I ordered an extra portion of char siu pork and ended up with too much meat. The friend chicken side was kinda meh. Also I don’t understand why there have to be different pricings for foreigners...

You are. Greeted politely once you enter. It is s popular place hence people have to wait approx 10 minutes.

The staff are polite and the food is exceptionally delicious. They have English menu and at least a staff that can assist you in English.

Beer is served here. Coke, orange soda and sprite are...

[大阪府] 塩元帥 泉佐野店 梅塩らーめん 大阪を中心に関西近畿圏でチェーン展開する塩元帥。 先日、こちらの原点である「醤油処 総大醬」の前を通りましたが、行列で入れる気がしませんでした。 それはそうとして、塩元帥。 味はもちろんのことながら “小さな自分の子供が毎日食べても安心できる、そんなラーメンを作ろう” “お越しいただくお客様の健康にも配慮したラーメンを作ろう” をコンセプトとしているらしいです。 爽やかな酸味と繊細な塩味が見事に融合した一杯「梅塩らーめん」。 これ、まさに「塩らーめんの梅バージョン！」と言いたいところですが、そんなシンプルな話ではありません。 ふんわりと漂う梅の香りが、口に運ぶたびに鼻をくすぐり、塩の旨味とともに食欲を刺激。 スープは透明感のある見た目で、出汁の深みがじんわりと感じられるバランスのとれた仕上がり。 麺は中細のストレートで、スープとの絡みが絶妙。するすると食べ進めるごとに、箸が止まらなくなる魔法のような一杯。梅の存在感が強いながらも、決して塩の主役を邪魔しない絶妙なバランス感覚に脱帽。これはもう、癖になること間違いなし。 梅の酸味がアクセントとなって、後味は驚くほどさっぱり。思わず「もう一杯！」と言いたくなる気持ち、わかっていただけますでしょうか？ ...ということで。 濃口醤油らーめん 名前からしてもう濃厚な一杯を期待させるが、その期待を裏切らない深いコク。 醤油の香ばしさがふわっと立ち上がる瞬間から、もうスープを一口、いや、丼ごと飲み干したい気分に。 さっき塩食べたばかりなのに！！ しっかりとした醤油の旨味と、出汁の風味が絶妙に絡み合い、まさに「THE・醤油ラーメン」と呼ぶにふさわしい一品。濃いだけじゃなく、出汁の奥深さがグッとくるので、重たすぎずスッと喉を通る飲みやすさも魅力的。 中太のちぢれ麺がスープをがっちりとキャッチして、しっかりと味を楽しめる構造。噛むたびに口の中で醤油の旨味が広がって、もう箸が止まりません。チャーシューも肉厚で、しっかりと味が染み込んでおり、スープとの一体感がたまらない。 濃厚だけど飽きのこない味ってやつですね。 いわばチェーン店ではありますが、メニューも豊富で子供連れにも優しい店舗なので 迷ったらここに言っておけば間違いないと思います。

I stumbled upon this hidden gem on Google Maps, and it was absolutely incredible! I tried the miso ramen with dumplings, and let me tell you, it was one of the best miso ramen I’ve ever had. The place was packed with locals, and they all seemed to really enjoy the vibe. It was a great spot for a casual meal!
