Terrible service. My family and I were asked not to sit down WHILE TRYING shoes and while waiting for other family members to try shoes. The reason given was that seats were only for customers but we were literally trying on shoes, as stated above, while two other boxes of NIKE shoes, that we were going to buy, were right beside us. Moreover, we were told by an employee that there would be a 10% discount for signing up as a Nike member on the app but the cashier told us there was no discount unless it was our birthday and we were NOT new members. In the end, another employee had to inform the cashier of the 10% discount given by the store they were both working in, which resulted in the cashier smirking at us and muttering in Japanese (which we did not understand as we are not Japanese). I was so disappointed with my purchase. I trust this shop and product. But they sell fake or bad quality products in their shop. Two weeks before I bought 4 pairs of Nike shoes. I use only one set first. Still, I wear these shoes 3 times only. Starting to remove Nike stickers. I don't know what's going on next other 3 pairs. So how do I buy products again from this shop anymore? I put my shoe pics with this review. You decide before buying. For Nike staff

The store is quite large and has a good stock of items but even if you like a particular shoe you may not get your size as that is limited. Secondly they don't offer tax-free to tourists and this is 40kms away from the city. Staff is less so if you're lucky you may get someone to assist you.
