I recently enjoyed a stay at Odysis Suites Osaka Airport Hotel in Rinku Town, and I'm excited to share my overall experience. Undoubtedly, the hotel's prime location sets it apart, providing seamless access to both Rinku Town Station and the bustling outlet shopping district.Odysis Suites' proximity to Rinku Town Station, merely a 5-minute walk away, establishes it as an ideal choice for travelers relying on public transportation. This convenience not only streamlines connections to various city destinations but also adds a layer of accessibility to the overall stay.Strategically positioned for those eager to explore Rinku Town's renowned outlet shopping area, Odysis Suites strikes a balance between ease of travel and the opportunity to savor the local atmosphere. While the station is conveniently close, it's worth noting that reaching the outlet area involves a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll—a charming introduction to the surroundings. The hotel's strategic location, acting as a gateway between the station and the outlet area, positions Odysis Suites as an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.Shifting focus to cleanliness, Odysis Suites excels in maintaining a pristine environment. The room exuded a meticulous attention to detail, with crisp linens and impeccably cleaned bathrooms showcasing the hotel's commitment to hygiene. The daily housekeeping service further elevated the experience, ensuring a consistently clean and comfortable retreat. However, my stay presented some mixed impressions regarding services. While the provision of a shuttle bus to the airport is appreciated, its inconsistent availability led me to opt for the more reliable train service from Rinku Town Station. An area that requires attention is the post-housekeeping experience. Despite the efficient service, a lingering body odor left in the room raised a small but noticeable concern, affecting the overall ambiance.Furthermore, the absence of in-room dining and the need to visit another hotel in the building for meals proved inconvenient. Limited information on restaurant schedules added an unexpected challenge, especially when we discovered none of the three restaurants on the 52-54 floor were serving lunch upon arrival. In conclusion, Odysis Suites Osaka Airport Hotel offers a promising stay with its prime location and high cleanliness standards. Nevertheless, improvements in service consistency and dining options would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience. Whether you're a dedicated shopper or a traveler seeking a well-located haven in Rinku Town, Odysis Suites remains a compelling choice with the potential...
Read moreOdysis Suites Osaka Airport Hotel is a great choice for those needing a convenient stay near the airport. Located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, it's perfect for catching an early flight or arriving late. The hotel is also just a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. For last-minute shopping, Cosmos Rinku (open from 10 am to 10:30 pm) is only a 5-minute walk away, and the 24-hour Super Center TRIAL Rinku Town is just 8 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy tax-free shopping. Additionally, the premium outlet mall is right next to the hotel, although we unfortunately didn't have time to visit due to our late arrival and early departure.
The hotel is in a very convenient location with Family Mart and Lawson nearby, and a 7-Eleven is a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast at L53 on the top floor is marvelous, offering both a sea and city view. Despite being close to the airport, the hotel is remarkably quiet, with no airplane noise either in the room or restaurant, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, which adds to the comfort. However, the only downside was the centralized air conditioning. On April 1st, 2025, the outdoor temperature was 11°C, and the hotel had switched to heating mode for the air conditioning. After the first attempt to address the issue, the staff switched it to blower mode, but it still felt warm at 27°C. Upon further complaint, they finally brought a cooler to the room, allowing us to sleep more comfortably.
Overall, Odysis Suites Osaka Airport Hotel is a solid choice with excellent amenities, convenient location, and great service, though I would recommend confirming the air conditioning setup before your stay to avoid...
Read moreDon’t fall into trap when booking hotel shuttle bus to the airport!!The hotel is new and clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is also a great outlet and shopping mall that is great to be your last stop before your trip ends. However, there is some tips for you to get your seats on shuttle -1) try to check in on time, don’t do earlier - staff English is limited and they are not very flexible. I arrived at around 2pm and I tried to explain that I need to book the hotel shuttle upon check in, but they insisted I can only check in at 3 and shuttle booking is only available after checking in. No pre checking-in was offering. 2) don’t trust the front desk staff - I asked if I could reserve the shuttle bus upon my arrival, the staff repeated again that I could only do after checking in, then I told her that I might return in the evening and I was afraid all the seats would be gone. The staff showed me the booking sheet and said “it’s no one on the list, you should be ok to come back in the evening”. I trusted that3) do ask for a few more times! - upon checking-in in the evening, I went to the desk for booking shuttle seats and…. All gone!!! The staff just said it’s all done and she tried to help me (literally, coz she was standing there, doing nothing, not even making a call) and I explained that it was her staff told me it was fine to book in the evening). After I asked for a few times more times and with a male staff murmuring Japanese to her, the staff passed me 4 bus tickets with a very long face. Yet when we on board the shuttle the other day, it was only 3/4 full. So why the staff did not allow us to book the night before? So surprising and amazing. So keep on asking if they say full! KEEP ON ASKING! Hope...
