One of the many Premium Outlet Malls across Japan. The outlet mall , most of the time, is situated near a trains station, so we don't have to walk too far. At Rinku, there are 2 Malls, Seacle Mall, and Rinku Town Premium Outlet Mall. Premium Outlet is just behind Seacle. The Premium Mall, just like any Premium Mall, has all the usual premium branded brands. There are also eatery. The best part is that the mall is just beside the sea front. You could see Kansai Airport across the bay with the connecting bridge. If you are transiting through Kansai, you could also take take the pay shuttle bus service from the airport. You could spend the whole day here shopping with the 2 Malls.

For an Outlet, it’s very clean and beautiful. The scenery there is to die for. Love the stores that they have there because it’s basically what you’re looking for. The items are also very good condition and have okay choices, so many food in the food court too. Very nice place near the airport :)
