Wasn’t keen on dining in our hotel so walked around and found this little gem. Had the C dinner set and while the sushi pieces were a little small the taste was spectacular. Came with a shiso tempura with meat filling and a simmered sardine appetizer s. No English menu.

江ノ電の七里ガ浜駅から歩いて住宅街の坂道をてくてく登ること15分くらい。住宅街の途中に突然現れるちょっとした商店街。 有名なカレー屋さんである珊瑚礁の本店や、美味しいパン屋さんの並び、西友のはす向かい。 およそお寿司屋さんとは思えない、普通の昭和の一戸建てのような建物なので入店は多少戸惑う。 中に入るとカウンター席は少なくて、4人がけのテーブル席がたくさんある感じ。 名店のようで昼前に行っても割と混んでいる。 常連さんと思しき賑やかなお姉様方のグループが多いイメージ。それとどことなく通な感じの熟年の2人連れなど。若い人はほぼいない。 隠れた名店という感じか。 こちらは鰯を中心とした地魚のお寿司屋さん。 地のものが好きな自分としてはもちろん地魚のおまかせ握りをお願いする。 待っている間に大根の煮物などお通しとつみれのお吸い物が供される。丁寧に作られた感じがして好感が持てるし味も雑味がなくて美味しい。 少し待つとお寿司が綺麗に皿に盛られて到着。 光り物や白身の魚などなど8カン。 可愛らしく淡白なお味だが新鮮で美味しい。 育ち盛りにはちょっと物足りない量かもしれないが、 ゆっくりと地物の味を堪能するにはちょうどいい感じか。 そしてこれで2100円(2020年1月現在)というのはかなりリースナブルと感じる。下手に江ノ島でしらす丼とか食べるよりよっぽどいい。 これからも長く続いてくれることを願う。

No English menu but this place had good local food. Cute old lady used a translator device to recommend us some food and even told us when to stop ordering as she thought it would be too much...
