AWANOUTA — Restaurant in Kamakura

Absolutely my favourite ramen place EVER! We got their signature pork foamy ramen, and the black one. So much flavour, texture, and I love that they use organic ingredients. I can feel that there is a lot of work behind their dishes. The people were amazing, so cheerful, their smile was warm and genuine, they made me feel like I was at their home. The best part was that I could actually see them smile 🙂 I am going to come back here very often and I only regret not trying this place sooner! If you’re reading this, PLEASE go! 🥰

As the name implies (in Japanese), Awanouta has 'awa' (froth) ramen which is apparetly a thing in Osaka. As you can see from the photo there is a creamy froth topping on the tonkotsu ramen that gives it a light airy creamy taste. Comes with raw chashu as well which was quite tender and delicious.
