Having heard that if it's a good Japanese burger, it can be pretty good, I was in the mood for finding such a burger while visiting Kamakura. I passed up on a few other places, and then there was Bliss Burger right in front of me. I had a cheeseburger with pickles and onion. I didn't ask if there was ketchup or other condiments. I didn't want any distractions. The burger was delicious - flavorful and juicy. The bun, made by a local bakery, was perfectly chewy, and added to my overall enjoyment. This place is a hidden gem in Kamakura! The burgers are next level, especially the miso and teriyaki options. The classic is also amazing.
The fries are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and hands-down the best I've ever had (and I'm a Cali native!).
