Don't get me wrong. Food was awesome and not very expensive; probably hard to get this kind of price-to-quality ratio elsewhere. I have a problem with their business model. For some reason, they had a lot of empty seats, while there is a super long line outside. Lining up, I have seen quite a number of patrons coming out of the restaurant after their meals, but it took nearly another 30 minutes until they let 2 people in. This conveyor belt sushi restaurant lets you order a la carte and serves you single portions as well as platter/sets freshly instead of having countless plates circle on the band. Prices span from about 180yen to about 1000yen per plate, with maki rolls being the cheapest and fancy stuff such as Toro or sea urchin being the most expensive. Most things are around 300yen per plate. Quality was very good and getting it served directly by the chef is a perk. Would go...
