I never write reviews and I’ve been to a lot of bars, but this one stands out.

The bartender here is on another level. Every drink was incredibly well balanced, not too sweet, not too strong, just spot on every time. What really impressed me was how he could come up with custom drinks on the fly, based on just a few words about what I wanted. No hesitation, just instinct and skill. When he was out of some liquor, he managed to create another similar drink with entire different mix of ingredients.

We went twice during our stay in Kanazawa because the vibe was cozy and felt like home, just better. The manager is really attentive. He really seems like he puts his heart into the cocktails. We tried the ones on the menu which were great but he's open to requests – and these were spectacular.
