Gelateria Ritorta — Restaurant in Kanazawa

A very unique gelato shop! There are so many signature flavor that you don’t normally see them often in other shops! I ordered Baci (Italian chocolate with hazelnut) + Honey milk and Chocolate + white cardamom + Amarena. I loved all of them, especially Baci! It’s the perfect nutella-like combination. My second most favorite would be Amarena (I couldn’t remember the ingredients), it has a little milkiness and a hint of sourness from fruits.

The price is a little expensive but it is totally worth it. I will definitely revisit to try other...

The ice cream shop was located along the canal which made for a nice walk and place to enjoy some gelato. There was a bit of a queue but we were served quickly. They only have a handful of flavours but a good variety fruitier but also heavier flavours. I had the tea and the honey mustard. The tea flavour was excellent, exactly what you would imagine when you would think tea ice cream. The honey mustard one was more subtle and less intense. The consistency was great, the right amount of cream. All in all a great place...

ミルクは、ホリ乳業さんの低温殺菌牛乳に、能登の米飴を加えた旨みを感じるシンプルなミルクフレーバー🐄🤍 まろやかな甘みが特徴の、さっぱりとしたミルク味💞 後味もすっきりとしていました🥛♡
