From the comments, I expected a small shop with a traditional atmosphere, but the orders are through QR code so there is little interaction with the staff. The food is quite good and the menu displays some interesting dishes you don't find everywhere. I have lived in Japan a long time and can speak the language, but visited with a friend who had just arrived and was discovering the country for a few days. We have experienced wonderful hospitality everywhere as is common in Japan, but as soon as we arrived for our reservation there, we were welcomed with a red sign at the door "Please speak Japanese". I was so deeply embarrassed and my friend was uncomfortable. It is one thing to have a sign that says "Sorry, no English menu" but demanding people speak Japanese at your shop is called...
